• Two Cordierite ceramic hearth baking decks per chamber.

• Exterior front, sides, top and door are constructed of type 430 stainless steel.

• Door handle constructed of tubular stainless steel.
• Baking chamber is fabricated of high-heat aluminized steel.

• Entire oven is insulated with 11/2" industrial-grade insulation.
