Mandoline includes seven interchangeable blade cartridges for slicing and grating (straight edge, serrated edge, julienne (3), grating (2). Julienne 4,6, 8 mm; Grating: fine, medium.
-Mandoline Dial-A-slice™ thickness adjustment system - simply pull and turn the dial to select from six pre-set slice thicknesses between 1mm to 8 mm.
-Safe hands food holder design keeps the operator's fingers securely positioned within the "finger cavity"
-Multiple bowl notches built into the frame allow slicing directly over almost any size mixing bowl
-Slip-resistant legs provide extra stability and fold so the mandoline can be stored flat.
You can always remove it later.
